Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Bits

  Place the glass jars securely back into their original compostable mailer or a small box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus a small shipping and handling fee.
